Load calibration experiment analysis for scaled model of large aspect ratio wing

Abstract Load calibration experiment is the key work for flight load verification and test of civil aircraft. The efficiency meaningfully determined by reliability experiment. This paper aims to theoretically experimentally study aircraft wing with large aspect ratio elastic beam based on scaled model, which includes design fixed device loading, data processing, basic hypothesis test, selection regression variables optimisation equation, etc. Firstly, systematic error eliminated sample difference method. Then, basis multiple linear method, multi-collinearity among weakened using technology. Subsequently, abnormal points are means cyclic residual analysis. Finally, optimized screened method stepwise regression, equations can be established. It demonstrated that calculated results verifies well engineering requirements comparing experimental results, smaller than 5%.
